purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
Sodashii is a jewelry brand operated by Arnav Avi (sole proprietorship)
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere
with the site’s operation, security, or the integrity of any transaction.
3. Products
All jewelry is described and photographed as accurately as possible; minor variations in
color, finish, or size may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature
of certain pieces.
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at
any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
All payments are processed securely through PayU. We do not have access to,
or store, your card or banking credentials.
Accepted payment methods include cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, as made
available through PayU’s checkout.
In case of payment failure after debit, the amount is typically auto-reversed by your
bank/PayU within 5–7 business days. Contact us if this does not occur.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

6. Shipping and Delivery
Governed by our separate [Shipping & Delivery Policy]. Orders are fulfilled via Shiprocket
and its courier network.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Sodashii name, logo, tagline “For every ‘you’”,
product photography, and design — is the property of Sodashii and may not be reproduced
without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sodashii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of this website or its products, beyond the value of the order
placed.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.
