1. Order Processing

an email/SMS once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its network of courier partners, ensuring
reliable tracking across India.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: [3–5] business days
Rest of India: [5–8] business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional
restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1000
A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this threshold
5. Serviceability
We currently ship only within India. Serviceability to your pincode is confirmed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order’s status in
real time.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us
